Young Warriors Summer Academy2017

Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm - 1pm

The overall goal of the Academy is to set the foundation for Young Athletes and their growing bodies while they are on their journey to becoming a better athlete.

This is academy is focused on more athletic movements including footwork (agility), running form, plyometrics and reinforcing proper body mechanics when performing exercises with their body weight and with bands.

It is a great introduction into healthy athletic movement so to prevent injuries and get ready for a custom weight training program.
